Walker Custom Homes was founded by Jason Walker in 2008 and has brought quality custom homes to the Eastern Jackson County area for over a decade. We offer full-service home building, and a wide range of customizable services to fit our customers’ needs. For each of our services, we have experienced professionals that will manage your project with great detail and integrity.


Jason and his Wife Heather originally from Iowa, moved to Missouri in 2001, where they fell in love with Lake Winnebago and raise their two children Layla and Roman. If you have ever visited this beautiful community, you will have seen many Walker Custom Homes.


Walker Custom Homes is an approved builder in many mid-to-high-end communities, as well as building estate homes and custom one of a kind on acreage. We can tailor our existing homes to fit YOUR dreams, to make YOU a place to call home.

OUR PROCESS

My team as well as myself will work side by side with you to understand what you are looking for in a community and a home! Through these conversations, we will be able to tailor your needs to one of our many communities we are involved in!

Plan selection and customizing to your perfection

We have many plans that can be used to start your build process. Although some of our clients would rather start from scratch and even integrate our design team to come up with the perfect house for them. Either way we have the tools here to help!

Making your house come together

This can sometimes be one of hardest parts for us and our clients! We have implemented a great group of key distribution partners to ensure we make your selection process easy as can be!! You will be provided a road map to start your selection process once house plans are in place and contracts are finalized.

Guidance through the build

You will be assigned one our community project managers from day one! During each key meeting either your project manager or myself will be involved to help answer any questions and guide you through up and coming stages of your build process.

Delivery of your new home

Our team will do a pre-closing walkthrough to ensure we address any questions or concerns you have. We will create a punch list of items to address so we deliver the home in the condition you deserve!

Protect your investment

Now that you have your dream home, you want to protect your investment with a home warranty. Warranties alone can be the difference between an average builder and a GREAT builder! Walker Custom Homes provides warranties dedicated to making homeownership simple and worry-free.
