Heat went out in the middle of the night and woke up to a 50 degree house.  Called Lee's Summit Heating and Cooling in the morning and they were out a couple of hours later.  Cody came out a day later on a Saturday and put in a new furnace.  Very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of the house.  10/10
